I am experienced ICT professional having strong expertise from program and project management, IT service management, people leadership and solid line management. All the management roles I have had they included multisite and multinational responsibilities and environment. In my recent SW Customization function manager role I worked closely with internal customers roadmapping, developing and operating solutions and services for Technical Sales and Supply Chain teams in all the regions. Primary responsibility was to enable Windows phone regional and operator software customization and delivery capability for factories, Care and software update channels. Previously in R&D organization I have successfully lead several software development and integration programs and projects. I have passion to get things done and delivered on time with high quality in agreed budget meeting/exeeding customer expectations. That applies for both operative and solid line management roles I have had. Early in my career I worked several years as DSP SW developer and team lead implementing GSM L1 cellular stack and audio algorithms. For project and service management practices I have Prince2 and ITIL certifications.
