Customer Service CoordinatorChep Nov 2012 - Dec 2019Helsinki Area, FinlandI was originally hired to work as a maternity leave replacement to work 50% for Chep and 50% for Ifco (a sister company of Chep) with Customer Service for the Finnish subsidiaries at both Chep and Ifco. Shortly afterwards, I was made a permanent employee at Chep, which meant working 100% of my working time for Chep. After that I worked at CHEPs Finnish Subsidiary and I was responsible of Sales- and Logistics Support, Customer Service, Order Management and Financial Administration. I also assisted with Contract Negotiations, Procurement, Office Administration, Project Management and I was Account Manager for the minor accounts at Chep Finland. During my time at Chep, the number of customers grew approximately 300% and for example in 2017 and 2018 the Net Promoter Score was 60% Promoters and 40% Neutrals for the Customer Service, which is extremely good achievement considering also the fact that the number of staff remained the same and at some point we had less staff compared to previous years. Furthermore, I successfully helped to improve some Customer Service and Accounts Payable procedures that improved our way of working. Additionally, I was responsible of several successful projects such as organising a large kick-off for Chep Nordics as well as I organised the office move and wrote several manuals for the Customer Service Team.
