Preform GSM warehouse operation activities (physical receiving/ issuance of materials, unloading and loading trucks, labelling, stocktaking and discrepancies, etc.) under direction of warehouse HOSOversee and manage warehouse inventory. To ensure good pallet management for traceability and operational efficiency. To conduct cycle count of raw, packaging materials, saleable HALB and Finished Goods. To supervise Warehouse assistant to perform required administrative/operational duties.

Organize, manage and control all activities related to customers inquires and complains in order to achieve customers’ satisfaction according to Syriatel present standers.

Answer and respond to customer’s inquiries and complaints through various communication channels in a professional manner to ensure high level of customer’s satisfaction according to Syriatel required standardsOversees the daily operation of call center, ensuring the workforce functions efficiently.

Diagnosing & resolving hardware, software & end user’s problems.► Manage and maintain all computer hardware and software, including disaster recovery► Assist in researching, designing, and implementing new programs► Identify and solve problems in existing hardware and software solutions► Develop, modify, and maintain databases► Administration, support, installation of windows servers to include Active Directory, Group Policy, basic LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, WINS administration.► Provide second level of support to customer and follow up requests until resolving with appropriate escalation if needed.► Test and participate in evaluation new IT technology.Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing, commissioning of Intruder Alarm Systems – IP Surveillance Systems and Access Control Systems or related equipment, following drawing of electrical layouts and building plans in accordance with NSI and relevant Codes of Practice/Policies.► Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing of Disabled Refuge, Public Address, Call System & Induction Loops in accordance with relevant British Standard and other relevant Codes of Practice/Policies► Providing a quality installation in the most methodical and efficient manner, including the ability to digest detailed scope of works and working drawings► Liaising with ARC (Alarm receiving centers)► Production of high quality commissioning and handover documentation and as fit drawings► Maintaining safe work environment at all times and have a good understanding of Health and Safety i.e. Method, Risk assessments, safe working procedures etc.► Client training and demonstration of systems to explain the systems working and functionality
