My main responsibilities have included, among other affairs, negotiating and drafting a broad range of agreements in the pharmaceuticals, life science and diagnostics sectors, as well as providing general legal advice to several business units of Orion. I have been involved in numerous transactions concerning in-licensing and out-licensing of technologies and intellectual property rights, R&D collaboration, mergers and acquisitions, distribution and supply arrangements and other similar activities on a global level, acting as the legal lead in these projects.
