Hi! I'm Sami!Welcome to my profile!I'm a British Bangladeshi mature student at Birmingham City University. In 2023, I decided to have a career change. My previous experience in healthcare made me realise I care about, and am passionate about, people in organisations. After a lot of research, I was inspired to study Human Resources Management, which I believed was the perfect fit for my personality, skillset and passion. My journey has only just begun, but I am highly-focused to gain a degree in HRM and to be a role model for all those contemplating HRM, yet they are unsure. I have a particular energy and passion for people at a crossroads once they reach midlife. It's never too late to try something new and it's not about how long your HRM career is.
