1. Serves as a liaison between all functions: superintendent, client, field staff, vendors, subcontractors.... 2. Establishes project goals and tracks progress while maintaining professional communication between all parties. 3. Able to handle multiple projects at once, am an innovative problem-solver, and maintains a positive attitude throughout the duration of a project.3. Lead the project and sub-contractors to manage and deliver construction projects on time, within budget.4.
