Have you ever dreamed of being the key driver for beneficial change and added value? Sami Shadad is fulfilling that dream. On April 2, 2013, he started a position as an asst. project manager in the field, where his complete life cycle experience will add value. However, this was not the only time in which Sami Shadad established beneficial change and added value to achieve goals and objectives.Sami Shadad was born in 1990, in Teheran, Iran, but he grew up in The Hague, The Netherlands. During his childhood there were not many well-known role models that combined critical and analytic thinking with business management, but this did not stop him from achieving his goals. He was interested in Bio-Medical Sciences, Project Management, New Business Development, Marketing & Sales. Luckily, his mother (single parent) encouraged those interests. That encouragement drove him to excel. He graduated from high school at an age of 17. Then he earned a degree in Medical laboratory scientist at the University of Leiden. The following years, he graduated from the University of Leiden, studying Biology. Then he commenced with his Master degrees, and at the moment he is finishing two masters (Biomedical Sciences & Science Based Business). Sami Shadad’s accomplishments did not end there. In 2010, after having several years of experience in Sales, he recognized a big demand for personalized ICT solutions. He immediately seized the moment and started his own freelance company (21st Century Solutions). Just 6 months later, he had his own clientele. At that moment he started to hire in freelancers to ensure that he would be in a position to be ready to cater to the demands of future clients approaching him. At that particular moment in time, he realized that he had fulfilled his biggest dream: he had become disciplined in planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals, while honoring his own strict constraints (scope, time, quality and budget).
