• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives• Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges.• Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales• Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately• Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory• Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc• Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals• Remain up to date with industry’s best practices.

• Responsible to prepare order sheet as per instruction Production.• He is responsible to maintain the inventory level of raw materials required for the production.• Responsible to hand over order sheet to related production supervisor and instructed to do job according to given sample.• Prepare and monitor the daily production progress report and making consolidate report to know about the production analysis in order to meet the customer timeline.• Prepare Stock Report in-hand and uses of in-process.• Reporting any nonconformity condition in Raw Material Store to Director.• To maintain and up to date all the records of production.• To ensue that the implementation of the manufacturing procedure in the factory premises and to ensure the quality of the production.• To be well aware of production schedule, make sure that the relevant production is in good working condition in order to start production.• To maintain the all production records, & evaluate the production performance/efficiency and give recommendation to management for any corrective and preventive action.

• Daily visit of inline production so that production defects may be minimized.• Monitoring of daily QC Inspection & reports in process & stage wise inspections of internal process.• Inspection of Products according to Work Order & Products Specification in all shops.• Responsible to search/properly allocate goods as on demand.• Implementation of Quality procurement Procedures in his department.• Pre-shipment inspections of bulk so that quality of product would be improved.• Responsible to check the sample from R&D and QC approving. Also checking specification.• Checking of Raw Material Quality according to Purchase Order and Raw Material Specification.• Reporting any nonconformity condition in Raw Material Store to Director.• Responsibility to preparing calibration record and controlling Master Calibrated equipments.• Verification of the equipments that are being used in Quality Control of products.• Corresponding with the director regarding quality issues. • Implementation corrective action on non-conformities identify by Director.
