As an experienced food technologist and quality professional, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my work in the flight catering, kitchen cuisine restaurants, and food production baking industries. With a demonstrated history of working in these fields, I have honed my skills in hygiene, food technology, food processing, food safety, ISO 22000, 9001, and HACCP.Currently, I am working on implementing HACCP regulations from the client Virgin Atlantic Airways. This involves conducting staff training on food safety, halal requirements, and safety regulations, and ensuring the proper implementation of the Halal Food Safety Management System (HFSMS).In my role, I deal with inspections from a range of airlines, including Virgin Atlantic Airways, PIA, Sri Lankan, Serene, Airsial, Vision International Airlines, and Chartered Flights, to ensure compliance with ISO 22000:2018(FSMS), Halal, and Quality of Food standards. Additionally, I am responsible for conducting employees' food quality and safety awareness training and implementing First In First Out procedures to ensure the freshness and quality of our products.As part of my role, I am also responsible for the inspection of all production lines and maintaining check and balances regarding Quality Assurance. I maintain all ISO, HACCP, and Halal documentation against defined standards to ensure we remain compliant and up to date with the latest regulations and requirements.In my work, I prioritize the customer experience and work diligently to ensure customer complaints are addressed and resolved promptly.
