• Develop a comprehensive project schedule and analyze project performance against the schedule.• Collaborate with the project team to identify project milestones, critical path activities, and potential risks.• Develop and maintain project schedules using software tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.• Develop and maintain project reporting and dashboard tools to provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, project plans, and project budgets.• Data collection for scheduling, develop network logic, actual Vs. schedule progress, forecasting, trend analysis, resources planning.• Preparation of manpower histogram, S-curve and cash flow statement• Prepare catch up plans, look ahead plans based on inputs from respective sources and report to Project Control Manager.• Preparation of Weekly, Monthly reports and responsible for all client correspondences.• Resource allocation and levelling with cost loading.• Coordinate the cross-function discussions, identify the critical activities, and supports required for different function and facilitate the project progress• Conduct schedule analysis to identify opportunities to improve project performance and mitigate potential risks.• Creating, maintaining, and reviewing plan vs actual work done along with reason for shortfall

• Performs engineering assignments involving the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of a construction project• Supervises the construction engineering work and provide technical expertise• Execute work at site as per drawing and specification• Evaluate, calculate and update released quantity.• Prepare quantities and develop a quantity tracking sheet based on Project BOQ’s.• Prepare interim payment certificate for project.
