Current➡️ Job Responsibilities:✔️ Oversee and actively participate in all financial operations of the company, including accounting, payroll, investments, expenses, corporate tax, and VAT returns submission.✔️ Manage and coordinate accounting processes, offering valuable expertise on general ledger, current laws, and regulations.✔️ Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure timely recovery.✔️ Assist in the preparation and submission of the company's VAT returns, including ad-hoc quarterly preparation and quarterly peer review.✔️ Conduct tax due diligence and prepare reports.✔️ Coordinate with banks regarding Letter of Credit (LC), Letter of Guarantee (LG), Credit Facilities, Overdraft (OD), and occasionally prepare documents that banks require.✔️ Conduct detailed annual financial audits of company records and transactions to ensure compliance with procedures and policies.✔️ Direct budgeting and forecasting activities to align financial goals with organizational objectives.✔️ Oversee fixed assets life cycle.✔️ Monitor cash flow and costing of projects.✔️ Prepare monthly reports and financial statements, and attend weekly team meetings with executives.✔️ Prepare monthly fluctuation analysis and conduct financial forecasts to support decision-making.✔️ Manage a team of financial professionals, including accountants and financial analysts, and work closely with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals.✔️ Conduct tax risk management and audit defense assistance; implement complex tax planning strategies to solve tax problems.
