• Receive and process requests for freight quotes from internal sales department, clients directly by providing best offers to match their needs.• Communicate directly with agents, branches & internal departments to arrange & achieve shipping, ensure efficient, timely delivery & following all required client’s instructions.• Daily follow up for all opened orders and updating clients on the spot with detailed situations.• Check & review agents’ invoices to insure achieving agreed rates & negotiate if any difference occur, and update accounting department with shipments' accounting transactions to arrange money transfer to airlines/agents.• Follow up issuing all required invoices for agents/ clients or contractors.• Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, and customer service logs.• Supervise and monitor the work of logistics and air fright team. • Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety, or logistics quality management.• Negotiate freight, transportation rates, contracts and handling costs to acheive customers' satisfaction.• Researching and planning the most appropriate route for a shipment (taking account of the perishable or hazardous nature of the goods, cost, transit time, and security).• Arranging consolidation services by air ensuring cost-effective and secure solutions to small shippers with insufficient cargo to utilize their own dedicated units.• Creation of sales dashboard and forecast management tools plus analysis of sales.• Integrating and aligning Commercial plans with other department processes, systems and plans in order to increase the appeal and success • Supervise and monitor the data entry on the Oracle Transportation Management system.• Continuous interaction with customers, verifying pre-processed incoming orders and coordinating and solving customer related issues.
