With an extensive experience in international development, I am a Feminist Evaluation and Learning Specialist who fosters a culture of evidence-based decision-making and social justice. I have a PhD in Plant Production and Agroforestry Ecosystems, and a Master's degree in Evaluation of Programs and Public Policies, among other qualifications.Currently, I work as an Evaluation and Learning Consultant. Recently as Evaluation Specialist for FAO Emergency and Resilience Evaluations, I successfully managed and participated in the evaluation of country investments of the Global Network against Food Crises Partnership Programme in the Sahel and Gaza Strip, I also provide technical and methodological support for the development of evaluation plans and learning frameworks for various clients and organizations, such as the Department of International Cooperation and Development and the Department of Social Rights of the Generalitat de Catalunya, the LAC Regional Office of Oxfam International, and Oxfam America. My approach is grounded in a commitment to human rights, social justice, equality and feminist principles. I am well-versed in theory-based evaluation methodologies, empowerment evaluation techniques, and incorporating a gender perspective into evaluation processes.As a multilingual professional, a native speaker in Arabic, fluent in English, Spanish, and working-level French. This linguistic proficiency has enabled me to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders worldwide.
