We support all teams in the company on all types of matters: customer and partner negotiations, corporate structure, governance, insurance, ethics and compliance, data and security, human rights, esport control, competition and distribution, intellectual property, procurement, M&A and integration, R&D matters, AI, new business models, corporate and social responsibility, strategy and transformation, etc. Before joining Dassault Systèmes, I spent half of my carreer in leading US law firms: first as an associate with Sullivan & Cromwell (1997-2001), then as a partner with Paul Hastings (2009-2012) advising corporates, investment banks or private equity funds on public or private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and governance matters. Between these two experiences as a lawyer, I joined the French securities regulator, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers) in the aftermaths of the Enron, WorldCom and Parmalat scandals, handling all matters pertaining to financial disclosure ( prospectus and transparency rules, as well as internal control, risk management and corporate governance standards, selective disclosure issues, communication with rating agencies, journalists etc.)I also wrote for French reference publications on disclosure rules, taught civil and private international law at a French University and have been a speaker, while at the AMF, at a number of conferences on financial disclosure.On January 2024, I was appointed to the #hcjp Haut Comité Juridique de Place
