My greatest accomplishment has been the numerous and diverse individuals that I have supported and guided through the complex requirements and process involved in getting a state construction license and expand their professional careers.

Responsibilities included handling a call volume of about 40 calls a day, processing maintenance and guest assistance orders, mail handling, office space organization, payroll processing, e-mail management, background checks, and job compliance checklists. My greatest accomplishment is the great additions to my customer service and high volume task management that went along with the position.

Responsibilities included assisting clients with commodity ordering and appointing scheduling for clients in hardship, such as emergency food boxes, clothes, etc. Greatest accomplishment is the sense of good I did for many individuals and the difference I was able to make in their time of need.
