Much like in life, there were times when I succeeded in improving upon them, and other times when I failed miserably. However, each failure became a valuable lesson that I applied to my next "experiment," approaching it with a mindset focused on learning and ensuring success. This approach has shaped my career and life, allowing me to continually reinvent and recreate, driving my growth and opportunities forward.Starting my career as a Business Process Reengineering Consultant at a global company provided me with the ideal environment to channel my curiosity into reimagining how processes are executed, leveraging the power of information technology. It served as my first laboratory for experimentation and innovation in the professional world. However, I recognize that business processes without technological innovation are akin to running a marathon without the proper shoes. This understanding led me to transition into a technical role as a software developer for several years, where I honed my skills in both systems and human interaction, utilizing my problem-solving abilities. I thrived in applying human-centered design, along with critical and design thinking principles, to drive innovation and foster organizational growth.Moving forward, as a CEO of a highly innovative tech start-up, I am committed to driving growth through strategic metrics and cultivating win-win collaborations with key partners.
