▪ Analysis of the startups ecosystem and their financing mechanisms in Morocco. ▪ Early stage startups valuation method -RFS Method-.▪ Driving research about the creation of a Business Angels network in Africa.

▪ Elaborating the procedures manual of the management control department.▪ Participating at controlling activities as budgeting and forecasting.

▪ Engaging with multiple departments at Jet Contractors to align on business strategy ( finance, accounting, marketing and human resources ) .▪ Gathering and analyzing data, as well as developing and communicating recommendations for informed decision making.
