I am passionate about health, nutrition, and creating genuine relationships, which I am pursuing in the Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics degree at Griffith University as I hope to one day work as a clinical and private practise Dietitian. I particularly enjoy learning about how the interrelated body systems work together to keep us functioning optimally and how diet and lifestyle can significantly impact on quality of life. I am aspiring to combine my passion for mentoring and my relational character in some way with my future career in the nutrition world.My study path, volunteering experience, and current employment so far have supported my development of the following transferable skills:- Interpersonal Skills: I feel well equipped to understand what a person requires and wants when it comes to their nutrition and lifestyle by building a trustful relationship. My years of service to the youth has allowed me to develop these skill sets- Managing projects and leadership abilities: My current employment requires me to oversee tasks that heavily rely on my ability to manage my time, communicate with others, task delegation, and support team to complete workloads while implementing continuous improvements.
