Strategy/Management• Participating as a member of the senior management team, in the analysis and formulation of the company strategy and approving major management changes or part of strategic team for input into same • Ensuring that the company's/division's performance complies with senior management strategic decisions and statutory regulations • Review the monthly and periodic audit reports from the Internal Auditor and issues instructions to the concerned Managers regarding any violation of Company policies and the corrective action required to remedy the situation • Prepares the Company’s business plan based on Corporate strategy • Approving changes in the Company’s policies, rules and regulations • Approves suppliers and raw material evaluation for feedback to supply chain (including the approval of black listed suppliers) • Ensures that supplier manager is keeping stock levels as required • Ensures that production/development planning is functioning to the best of the sales progress requirements • Reviews the analysis of returns and clients complaints and approved preventive measures to be taken to strengthen progress and production if needed• Reviews the costs involved in providing a full capacity production/development on qualitative basis. (Painting quality, machines repair & breakdowns and down time costs, progress etc.) and approves preventive related measures and opportunities for improvementsFinancial• Review and approves the overall budget for the yearHuman resources• Following up and supervises the function of the divisions and meets the Managers on a regular basis to discuss any issues that may require his involvementPlanning and leadership• Provide leadership by communicating well, maintaining good business relationships, and representing the company in a positive light • Direct and assist managers of the components in developing programs to comply with their operational objectives to achieve agreed targetsSpecialties: Interior decoration, painting and furnishing
