With over 20 years of experience in the management of various hotels belonging to the group and which are managed by international brands such as Hilton, Sheraton, RIU, LTI and Steigenberger. My experience has addressed all aspects of the life cycle of a project from the development of the design to the daily and operational management of hotels as well as the direct management of a real estate company belonging to the same group. I have experience in negotiating management contracts with international hotel chains and ensuring compliance with the operational budget and FF&E.Specializations: hotel asset management, feasibility studies, hotel evaluation before acquisition, hotel development, operator selection, negotiation of the operating contract and negotiation of the credit contract with banks.During this period I had the opportunity to train at international universities such as Cornell university, Glion Institute, ecole polytechnique federale de Lausanne.
