 Perform monthly and year-end closings and prepare the financial reporting packages for Management and financial institutions in support of credit facilities.  Check reports on costing, financial, tax, audit and bank reconciliation. Monthly analysis result of operating, finance situation, and compare expenses and costing with budget and actual figure, And provide technical assistance in preparing budgets.  Prepare and maintain schedules in support of all closing balances on the statement of financial Position, including capital expenditures, insurance and employee benefits.  Assistant to Finance Director in banking transactions (Credit line, tariff, facilities). Assisted and reviewed various accounts, corrected any errors. Comply with policies, procedures and standards at all times. Deal with Bankers (Loan, Letter of Credit, transactions such, forward…). Arranging the payroll of staff salaries through the computerised payroll system & Excel sheet. Other analyses as requested by the Controller and management. Manage and train staff for various accounting tasks. Investigate and reconcile discrepancies when they occur, and identify any gaps in controls and make practical recommendations.  Assisted other team members of accounting department when required. Worked under the guidance of different business managers across different departments. Planning and conducting professional management system audits. Interface with external auditors, providing audit schedules and documentation in support of the financial statements for the annual audit. And Performing audit assignments in compliance with the Government Internal. Identified key cost cutting measures and implemented them. Maintain journal entries and perform general ledger analysis.  Processed Receivables and Payables Accounting entries. Monitors and reviews group debtors and aging reports on a daily basis.
