• Responsible for early stage planning and opening of the VR1 VR lab at BAU University.
• Created lab operational plans, staffing rosters, incubation and mentorship & training plans for the XR development teams using the lab.
• Public speaker and XR evangelist giving regular presentations and workshops on XR to a wide spectrum of audiences from students to professionals in various industries.
• The VR1 lab spearheaded XR research and development and XR indie development within the local community.
• Our lab was the first of many VR1 labs and was used as a ‘success’ template for dozens of labs around the world.

• Responsible for the planning & implementation of VIP operations for London 2012.
• Oversaw operations for two venues: Wimbledon (Tennis) & Eton Manor (Wheelchair Tennis).
• Trained over 500 staff and managed up to 250 at any one time at multiple venues.
• Oversaw VIP & non-ticketed guest experience from backend operations to front end functions.
• Key Manager during Opening & Closing Ceremony operations for over 9000 VIP guests.
