• Responsible for early stage planning and opening of the VR1 VR lab at BAU University.• Created lab operational plans, staffing rosters, incubation and mentorship & training plans for the XR development teams using the lab.• Public speaker and XR evangelist giving regular presentations and workshops on XR to a wide spectrum of audiences from students to professionals in various industries.• The VR1 lab spearheaded XR research and development and XR indie development within the local community.• Our lab was the first of many VR1 labs and was used as a ‘success’ template for dozens of labs around the world.

• Responsible for the planning & implementation of VIP operations for London 2012.• Oversaw operations for two venues: Wimbledon (Tennis) & Eton Manor (Wheelchair Tennis).• Trained over 500 staff and managed up to 250 at any one time at multiple venues.• Oversaw VIP & non-ticketed guest experience from backend operations to front end functions. • Key Manager during Opening & Closing Ceremony operations for over 9000 VIP guests.• Heavy focus on internal stakeholder management and coordination with multiple function areas.

• Involved in the detailed early stage project planning through to project delivery & operations.• Managed and trained a team of six junior and over 250 Pavilion staff.• Successfully delivered over 130 special events from public events through to sponsor events.• Planned & implemented operations behind dignitary visit programmes & hospitality.• Event programme budget forecast and management for project set up, operation & tear down.• Managed UK stakeholder expectations & relations within both the private and public sector.
