This involved creating a ‘user-friendly’ (English was not the first language for the majority of the sites) tracker and communicating the steps required across all countries, many of which were had no previous exposure of the companies standardised regulations that were required on their sites. Routine reporting at a senior level was provided as well as managing the delivery of the project within the given timeframes across the 23 sites• Managing the risk register following an audit of the Sweden site. My role involved ensuring the items identified were individually project managed and delivered. This included: • The design, development and implementation of the sites Business Continuity Plan. • Reviewing all current client contracts that were in place and highlighting all contractual deliverables. Following this, implementing a contract KPI document to ensure the deliverables were being met, measured and improved where possible -

New Store Formats Delivery ManagerCarphone Warehouse Nov 2011 - Dec 2012During my time with this department, I had the opportunity to deliver a number of new and exciting initiatives and trials for the company. My role was centered around project management as well as being heavily involved in the implementation of projects. Responsibilities include working closely with the sponsors of the projects to create the vision and objectives of projects and building launch plans around these. Daily, I was involved in chairing steering meetings, managing multiple project plans and liaising with departments across the business as well as external parties involved to ensure engagement was maintained and key deliverables of projects were on track to being met. This is whilst always ensuring any potential risks to the project were identified and all aspects of the projects were aligned to meet the overall agreed objective. For each project, communication and engagement were key requirements and I continued to deliver clear and concise updates to the business on the progress of these projects at a director level. Reporting on findings and the return of investments for projects was also under my remit.Due to the success of my involvement within projects, I was nominated by my Director to represent our department at a number of forums within the business. This was a huge honour and required me to ensure I was the voice of the department and represent accordingly.
