Following this, implementing a contract KPI document to ensure the deliverables were being met, measured and improved where possible

New Store Formats Delivery Manager
During my time with this department, I had the opportunity to deliver a number of new and exciting initiatives and trials for the company. My role was centered around project management as well as being heavily involved in the implementation of projects. Responsibilities include working closely with the sponsors of the projects to create the vision and objectives of projects and building launch plans around these.
