Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and review support tickets for appropriate resolution. Provide customer support through phone and chat. Work with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Serve as a point of contact for customer support and complaints.

Main responsibility will be to make International B2B outbound calls to insurance companies for discussing, negotiating and resolving medical claims on behalf of Medical Service Providers (Hospitals, Doctors, and Clinics).Each Negotiations officer will be assigned a portfolio of medical bills/claims.On behalf of Medical Service providers, the portfolio of medical bills/claims is to be negotiated and collected from the insurance companies using B2B outbound calls, Emails, Faxes and other tools if needed.Maintaining and updating each file in the assigned portfolio with the latest events/actions pertaining to the case.

Interacts directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process. They're responsible for identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.
