Project: Survey and ListeningResponsibilities (Sprint Wise):• Worked on all stages of the project life cycle (Requirement, coding, testing, deployment)• Spring Planning:• Plan which requirements will be taken up in the next sprint• Plan on completing all the backlogs from the previous sprints• Scrum Calls: 3 points are mainly discussed here. (Involves all the concern people associated with the project)• What’s completed today• Plan for tomorrow• Blockers• Working on any back logs from the previous sprint• Understanding new user stories and documenting doubts and questions on the new user stories • Discussing with the client and understanding the requirement during the scrum calls• Designing the web application (Data models, backend and the frontend)• Following a Bottom up approach in solving different problems.• Once any new functionality is developed, proper comments are added for future reference• Co-ordinating with the Testing team so that they can test the new functionality properly• Resolving Jira issues raised by the testing team• Once all the issues are resolved and the new functionality is working as expected, update the Jira task marking it as completed – waiting for UAT• Update the Java Doc for the entire application to incorporate the new changes• Once the changes pass UAT its ready for production release. AWS is used for continuous deployment using Jenkins• Spring Retrospective:• What went well• What could have been done better• What needs to be improved• During Project Planning if the backlogs are too high and if the engineering team thinks some code needs to change for existing functionality, then a hardened sprint is followed.
