After six years of teaching geography at ICSE Board, I decided to pursue my passion for entrepreneurship and founded Chawala, a startup that aims to create a fast-growing chai chain brand from Bengal. With my skills in sales and marketing, operations management, and accounting, I lead a team of dedicated and talented professionals who share my vision and values.As the CEO of Chawala, I am responsible for setting the strategic direction, overseeing the financial performance, and ensuring the customer satisfaction of the business. I also partner with various stakeholders, such as investors, suppliers, and regulators, to secure the growth and sustainability of the business. My goal is to create employment opportunities for the youth, to accept and overcome challenges, and to prove myself as a leader and innovator in the industry.
