CurrentCurrently working as a Project Manager and responsibilities include o Accountable for Project deliveries through all its phases from Inception to closure including Planning, Execution. Monitoring and Control o Manage timely project delivery of multiple applications in diverse technologies such as MS.Net, Java, Lotus Notes, etc.o Responsible for release planning ensuring quality and on-time deliveryo Guiding the work of technical teams. Articulated project goals and scope translated business needs into technical terms, prepared detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and instilled shared accountability for achieving project milestones.o Responsibility also involves resource allocations based on their skillsets and experience depending on the demand and capacity. o Regular effective communication between the application/development team and the stakeholders o Accurate weekly Forecasting and manage T&M invoicing to make sure no over or under-billing/chargeback to the client.o Monthly presentation of key deliveries, in-flight project status, open issues, and key performance matrices and highlights to the board of directors and senior leadership of both IBM and the cliento Creates cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments that were used as the basis for decision-making on proposed IT implementation projects.o ADM data managemento Individual resource monthly progress chart (CBKI)o Participate in periodical quality audits by IBM and as well as external auditors.o Responsible for effective people management that ensures maximum productivity from resources and helps achieve employees' career goals while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Avoid noncompliance, advice training, and certifications for upskilling/reskilling. Recommend for Awards, recognitions, and promotions.
