Manager - Product

• Owning and managing the team's backlog(s).• Story definition, providing clarifications necessary to assist the team with their story estimates and story sequencing, and drafting the team's specific objectives for the upcoming Program Increment.• Drives business requirements, analyses requirements, reprioritizing and scoping them for Product Increments / Sprints, Develops and/or directs development of schedules.• Coordination between project team and business users on User Acceptance tests.• Responsible for creating of EPICS, user stories and grooming the stories.• Responsible for defining acceptance criteria and exit criteria for stories.• Responsible for clarifying team’s queries on business requirements and priorities.• Leading the development team through all activities to support.• Sprint activities.• Acting as a key stakeholder in product related decisions and release planning.• Working with the Product Manager/VP Product Development to evaluate the product roadmap to identify features for development and identify "definition of done" for each feature.• Producing workflows, completing data mapping and performing business process design.• Working with the Architect(s) and Tech Lead(s) to define Technical needs and Design.• Experience working in agile methodologies – SCRUM / SAFE.

• Client interaction and management.• Resolving escalations, process-related queries (Team, CRM and Client).• Understanding business requirement, client requirement and identifying drawbacks/issues in system. • Team supervision/mentoring/management (Team size – 25).• Process development and documentation.• Reporting – MIS, SLA, TAT, Productivity and volume.• Ensuring delivery of process, daily volume as per SLAs and TAT.• KRA/KSA/Annual Goals for team members, 9 Blocker preparations, Half yearly/Annual Appraisal.• Team hurdle, team meeting, and doubt clearing session.• Project transition (with onshore experience of transitioning 2 major Clients). Client implementation• Relocation/transition of process from one center to other.• Process Training/ Coaching and Feedback.

• Transaction Processing/ Bank process – Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, AR & AP invoice generation. Bank Reconciliation, JL posting. Funding and Disbursement, Billing. Check deposit and clearing. Payment (check, ach and wire) and exception processing, ACH pull, Wire money.  Visa/Debit Card transaction processing,  Card dispute.• Quality Assurance.
