Project Objective: To ensure the smooth Production of high quality recycled LDPE Granules Project Outcome:To produce a sellable plastic granule at the end of manufacturing.Role on the Project:The role I had in the project was that of a Project Manager.Responsibilities:In this project my responsibilities were to coordinate project timelines, schedules, and equipment, as well as ensure that safety guidelines are met and potential risks are eliminated. Since the project used an agile approach for product development my responsibility was gathering high-level requirements from the stakeholders and determined the user stories that the IT training product must contain, and created a release schedule and project budget. To set up a risk register, identified high-level risks that we might encounter during the iterations, and a risk management plan to deal with them. Acquired the team and necessary resources to execute the project, facilitated the various agile meetings for the teams, removed impediments that obstructed the team, and resolved team conflicts. I also closely monitored the project's progress to keep it within project timelines and budget. • Assure project adherence to corporate processes and ISO compliance• Manage manufacturing operations cross functionally with quality, logistics operations, procurement, finance, sales, and marketing.• Recruited, trained and supervised staff according to company policies.• Found ways to increase quality of customer service via efficient employ training.

Responsible for the Internal Network planning, design and implementation of Nael Capital Responsible for the smooth operation of KATS trading system within Nael Capital and for maintaining the link between Karachi Stock Exchange and Nael Capital. Implemented IT Policies for the employees which prevented them from doing any sort of misconduct that can be harmful for company's reputation. Looked into and designed Group policies that only allowed users access to things that were a necessity to them and blocked access to items for them like USB and CD-Roms in some cases, this resulted in a much cleaner and virus free environment for the user Effectively managed the working of IT Department by installing a ticket system via Sharepoint server so that the progress of various employees can be judged. Reduced the amount of paperwork involved in internal office communication by guiding the employees to use computer resources more efficiently Streamlined the workflow of the sales department by introducing sharepoint lists for them which helped them track the amount of meetings and calls done by them in detail. Reduced the amount of printer resources used within office by implementing printer log generating software. Took various smaller measures to ensure more efficient inter-office working like, introduction of lan messengers, introduction of various plugins for outlook, introduction of pdf converters etc.

Was responsible for the initial setup and transmission of both APNA Channel(Regional Punjabi Channel) & Kook Channel(Regional Saraiki Channel) from Shin Satellite(Thaicom) Thailand on Grassvalley Profile Xp (PVS1000) Video server. Worked to Implement and Plan the Network Infrastructure and Link interface between Bangkok, Karachi, Lahore ,Islamabad, Hyderabad, Sukkur & Sargodha offices of APNA Channel and also is responsible for the supervision of IT related issues in all these offices of the channel. Went to Bangkok again in mid September 2005 in order to get the initial training of the new video server Sea change Media Client with ETERE as the automation system and later trained the Bangkok staff on the said setup. Worked on Inscriber Info caster and prepared the layout of the channel with post production graphics during the mid September visit. Was responsible for the supervision of the Development and the Implementation of the website of Apna Channel. Created Internal Domain and user controlling network Infrastructure with centralized security of management. Deployed Internal Email And Chat Servers at APNA Channel for the interoffice communication between clients. Introduced the remote operations of Bangkok video servers which enabled company to cut down the number of employees that were required at Bangkok Office and hence saving a lot of company expenses.
