My responsibility was to lead the AKK's communications and marketing operations, and to report to the Commercial Director. These tasks included planning the year-round operations both from the strategic and operative aspects. Main projects were to take care of the press relations, social media channels and paid campaign processes related to national and international motorsport events.Other tasks were, for example, to convert all national motorsport series to new website platforms (WordPress), earning visibility to the vast Flying Finn programme which is targeted to young people to get to know motorsport better and learn more e.g. about road safety. We also have had big sustainability campaigns in terms of recycling, reducing carbon footprint and enhancing accessibility in the events.The most important achievements were the increasing numbers of women and young people involved in motorsport, the positive impact of marketing communications to sales and the strong visibility of AKK, the athletes as well as the company's values in Finnish and international media.Main projects:- Leading WRC Secto Rally Finland Press Office- Coordinating Finnish Championship Series- Flying Finn campaigns (simulators for Finnish clubs, highlighting young stars)- Sustainability (green electricity, planting trees, reducing carbon footprint)

My responsibility was to plan and create B2B marketing communications strategy for Secapp together with the COO. The main duties was yearly planning and creating content to the company's website and social media channels. I also started a regular press release process and wrote information packages to clients.I was in charge of paid campaigns in social media channels and Google Ads together with our partners. Secapp has a vast international markets so one key elements of my work was to create sales materials and guidelines for easier use of the software for e.g. Middle East Markets.The biggest achievement was B2B lead generation from both our websites and social media channels. This was a good support for our sales team. We also gained good publicity e.g. in local newspapers (Keskisuomalainen) and via our partners (e.g. Business Finland) and clients. We also got good feedback from the guideline materials that they made it more convenient to use Secapp and use it full potential as the software has staggering amount of different features and settings for critical communications.

It all started as AKK - Finnish Motorsport Federation wanted to externalize all their sporting communications and press relation management to me and my company. It was time to start a limited company.My responsibility was to be the Communications Manager of AKK and especially coordinate the Finnish Motorsport Championship series and above all the World Rally Championship event, Rally Finland.My duties involved creating press relations to the biggest Finnish as well as to selected international media groups. I was in charge of planning the AKK's communications in a yearly basis and creating content to both digital and printed platforms. In Rally Finland, it was on me to build the facilities, organize accreditation processes and host different media events for up to 500 journalist of which 70 % came abroad.Other projects: I was a campaign manager for a Finnish candidate in European Parliament Elections 2019. This included creating content‚ coordinating commercial visibility in Finland's biggest cities and taking care of the budget.The biggest achievements were international top ratings for media activities in Rally Finland, attracting new target groups to Rally Finland and managing crisis communications in cases which had huge national news pressure.

My responsibility was to plan and execute my clients' communications. This included mainly creating good and engaging content to social media channels and writing press releases to Finnish media. My biggest clients were AKK - Finnish Motorsport Federation and Porsche Cup Finland.I was also in charge of writing the official race magazines for AKK and the Porsche Cup, coordinating partners' commercial materials and hosting PR events.We succeeded to gain visibility in Finnish top media for a few times for both our racing related news but also background stories covering exiting people.

I had the internship that was beyond my wildest dreams!My responsibility was to plan and create content to Porsche Finland's social media channels. I was also the editor-in-chief of the company's official newsletter.My other tasks were supporting sales and serving customers. This included both the new and used car sales at the Porsche Center Viikki. I also helped to create the digital Porsche car configurator by translating English and German text to Finnish. I also assisted to host events for customers such as launching new Porsche car models.
