Activities include: end-to-end recruiting in a dualdesk environment, sourcing candidates (active & passive), recruiting, ability and personality assessments, career coaching, prospecting and account management.Proactive identification of top talent on a daily basis via advanced research across complex internet search, database monitoring, social media search, internal/external networking and other methods.In addition to direct recruitment assignments, I am responsible for delivering Barona’s recruitment solutions to our customers, working in Recruitment Process Outsourcing- (RPO) and Recruitment as a Service- (RaaS) projects as an external recruiter for large global corporations.

I worked as a recruitment consultant with ICT-related end-to-end recruitment assignments to our end customers. In addition I was involved in recruitment and training programs, evaluating, interviewing and career coaching applicants.In November 2011, through business acquisition, I relocated to Barona IT’s organization.

I was responsible for providing support and technical consulting to our global partner network and end customers, related to QPR’s solutions: Performance Management, Business Process Management, Business Process Analysis, Enterprise Architecture Modeling and QlikView-integrations. I delivered technical consultation for Basware eFlow/e-invoicing and document archiving solutions, including integrations and product configurations. In addition I produced technical documentation for customers.

Wide variety of technical support and specialist tasks during the years, including several product implementation projects with number of customer organizations, system administration in customer premises and providing technical support for a +100 people global project team during 1999-2000 (J.D Edwards OneWorld ERP-project for Tamro). I was granted an Exceptional Personal Achievement Award from IBM, based on my performance in this project in year 2000.
