Performs modifications and maintains consistency to the process documentations globally with excellent skill in mapping and documenting data. • Applied UCP 600 and all required regulations to the management of Export L/C Documentation and related activities. Assisted with Bill of Lading and manifest discrepancies as needed• First point of customer contact for general inquiries, like product availability, pricing, shipment, scheduling pick up, and tracking status of shipments.• Implemented customer relations strategies by communicating changes in shipment schedules and requesting L/C amendments when necessary. Streamlined negotiations process by scrutinizing export L/C and maintaining relationships with banks. • Coordinate with other associated departments for export, ensuring shipping compliance, check the client’s requirements.• Coordination with multiple banks to streamline the payment process and drafting letters of Inward remittance, Outward remittance, Forward Contract, Packing Credit, etc.• Daily reporting, record maintenance & arranging dispatch.• Communicate with staff, management, and customers at each level.
