•Review of contract documentation, Project schedules, BOQ, Organisation chart, Method statement and Construction and design information to produce and implement a project plan original•Direct and motivate the team to successfully achieve the project plan•Prepare timely and accurate project documentation and reporting including meeting minutes, project execution plans, milestone schedules, Project weekly reports, Payment status, Risk reviews, Purchase reports•Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with all client representatives and service providers. This includes building facility management teams, IT service providers etc.•Preparation of dilapidation report and submission of the same as per the building requirement.•Conduct site meeting with the client/ consultants on weekly basis and asper requirement.•Ensure the quality assurance check is conducted in on the finished products before the delivery of projects to client to confirm that products meet all the specification provided by the client.•Ensure the handover of site upon completion to the client and obtain the taking over certificate and establish the DLP period.•Local Authority submission and approvals (DM, DCD, DDA, DIFC, Trakhees, DHCC, Concordia, DWTC etc).•Arranging and attending necessary inspections with consultant and building.•Prepare and submit the project valuation as per the contract (monthly or progress) and raise the invoice accordingly.•Coordination with building management for permit to work.•Detailed review of Architectural /Bespoke drawings prior production and execution•Attend, coordinate and record Client /Consultant, Subcontractor meetings and give instructions to the project team based on these meetings.•Preparation of snag report and getting snag cleared.•Preparing project schedule in MS Project.•Managing Client throughout DLP period.•Sourcing, ordering (through procurement team) and logistics of all materials as per approved shop drawings and materials specifications.•Conducting all equipment’s and systems testing and commissioning activities in coordination with suppliers and consultant representatives.•Implement, oversee and guide the project team to ensure project planning and resources scheduling is provided for the successful completion of the project.•Quantify and record all delays, abortive works, cost and extension of claims, verbal instructions, variations and omissions.•Report project status to operations manager as required.•Attending the Site surveys and submit the survey report to estimation team.
