We are providing our customers with drone based aerial videos to give a unique perspective on the world. These videos serve as a visual marketing tool to utilize a completely new marketing approach.

In this role I have given the economical support for the management and been a representative in a steering committee which manages and leads portfolio of business development projects of Trafikverket. As a controller I have kept the big financial picture together along with Trafikverket´s strategic goals and targets. My responsibilities have included constant development of business processes as well as monthly economical follow-ups, ad-hock reporting and development of MS Project management tool.

I was responsible for developing, planning and leading sales activities within investment and asset management services. During the two and a half years I managed to increase net sales by roughly 20-30 % per year. I reached the targets by continuously developing sales strategies and taking initiatives to find new sales leads.

- Financial management reporting- Producing monthly and weekly cash flow forecast and follow-up reports- Fx-hedging in following currencies: USD, SEK, JPY, CHF, HUF- Presenting monthly reports, cash flow variances and ad-hoc reports- Producing meaningful commentary on financial reports- Development of financial processes to ensure that all business and juridical requirements were met- Liquidity management to ensure daily cash balance.
