Duties/Responsibilities:1. After getting PR from the store dept. then survey various Hat/ Market for cost analysis of RM like Mustard Seed, Turmeric, Coriander, Chili, Peanut, Dabli, Pulses, Wheat & Spices.2. Quotation collecting from individual suppliers then make comparative statements for approval.3. Negotiation is done with price, quality, quantity, payment, lead time and others terms conditions with suppliers.4. Making PO with approval then submit to suppliers for order confirmation as well as follow up to suppliers for materials delivery with in jus in time.5. Materials purchase planning is done as per rolling forecasting and considering harvesting period.6. Bill/ Invoice checking then submit to finance for payment purpose.7. All procurement activities are done by ERP software.8. Any others job is done by management instruction.

Responsible to procurement all kinds of Mechanical, Electrical, Boiler, Machines based on EPC, SCP, Solar, WSP, Line Hardware & Galvanizing related products and service works for completion the project all over the country at different Govt. Semi Govt. & Private organizations.7. Maintain supplier relationship management and vendor evolution management as well as analyzing previous record of suppliers.8. Processing the bill and liaise with Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier.9. Follow up to vendors for product/service delivery ensure to the factory or project site in due time. 10. All documentation is kept as per Projectwise.
