In my current role as a TA in the Department of Environmental Studies at CU Boulder, I am engaged in conducting three recitation sections for ENVS 1000, an undergraduate introduction to environmental science course. Each class, with an average of 25 students, serves as a platform for me to facilitate dynamic and interactive discussions, aimed at enhancing students' understanding of course materials and fostering critical thinking. I am also responsible for evaluating and grading assignments and providing constructive feedback to support students in their learning journey.

In my graduate research work, I am utilizing Stata software to conduct comprehensive quantitative data analysis, demonstrating proficiency in tasks such as organizing, cleaning, and merging complex datasets. Additionally, I conducted qualitative interviews in Bangladesh to gather in-depth perspectives on women's well-being. Leveraging NVivo software, I am employing coding and thematic analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from the qualitative interviews. Furthermore, I actively contribute to collaborative discussions by presenting my research findings in lab meetings, thereby fostering a conducive environment for the development of comprehensive research narratives. This multifaceted approach allows me to integrate both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, enhancing the depth and richness of the research outcomes.

I supervised and managed fieldwork activities, including surveys, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of collected data. I successfully established effective communication channels with collaborators, cultivating productive and collaborative partnerships crucial for our research initiatives. My role also involved conducting interviews, workshops, and engaging with stakeholders to gather valuable insights that informed decision-making processes. I further contributed in developing policy recommendations based on thorough research findings. Through these diverse responsibilities, I contributed to advancing the center's mission of addressing climate change through comprehensive research and evidence-based policy development.
