As a Head of Academics & Administration, my role is to: •manage quality control and benchmark quality academic best practices to current practices with strong focus on the quality of the academic programs •monitor, develop, enrich, reform and furthermore ensure quality and timely implementation of RSS National curriculum, assessments and teacher training initiatives. •monitor a team of subject based curriculum leads and curriculum support officers•develop, research, reform, enrich and implement curriculum•monitor the school teaching staff and curriculum enforcement for the smooth functioning of the system•conduct need-based training of teachersA gigantic responsibility that I am fulfilling 24/7. As a Curriculum Lead Science / S.Studies, I have to monitor effective implementation of Science/S.Studies Curriculum in the System. Guide and evaluate curriculum implementation through regular observations of teachers. Develop, evaluate and revise curriculum. Curriculum Research & Development. Conducting Science Workshops for RSS Science Teachers. Monitor dispatch & Maintenance of Scientific Apparatus. Designing of academic- based forms & science campaign booklets.
