I am a designer and creative director working at the intersection of business strategy, futures, and design.Currently I am the Head of Design at In Parallel. We are on a mission to address one of the biggest challenges organizations face: turning a strategic visions into real, impactful results in real time, and all the time. Our AI-powered solution will empower people in large companies to align on all levels and dimensions to execute their plans, allowing businesses to anticipate and adapt to market shifts like never before. Previously, during my 27 years in the field, I have co-founded and lead a successful design firm, worked for almost any industry and media imaginable, as well as invented and implemented novel ways of interacting. My work has been widely recognized and awarded by numerous industry bodies, and I have had the privilege to return the honor within several jury duties. What still gets me up in the morning is curiosity and drive to make things better. I consider it a privilege to be able to work with other driven and passionate individuals on solving big, meaningful problems. As a person to work with, I am an ENTJ and score high (94%) on openness and low (12,5%) on neuroticism on The Five Factors of Personality.
