Assistant Director / Academy Soccer Coach

Burlington Youth Soccer Association

Greater Boston Area, Usa.

As an academy soccer trainer for Burlington Youth Soccer one of my mains roles was to coach and teach different teams within the club aged between 6-16 years old. As well as this I would teach them a better understanding of the game and new skills and techniques they may not have seen before. Another main role of mine was to assist, coach and help volunteer coaches become better coaches by having them understand the game more by holding coaching clinics and session plan workshops for all level coaches within the club. Also to help the board come up with and make soccer curriculums for each specific age group to help aid the coaches and the club, as well as any new ideas and areas I thought we could improve on to move the club forward.
