Developed the two major components of the project - Network Management Interface and Background Monitoring System. Network Management interface communicates with sensor nodes over SAMPL protocol as well as with MATLAB which has node selection algorithm running. Background Monitoring System has capabilities of programming the sensor nodes, booting the system up and monitoring the activities on all the components of the system through wired connection simultaneously for testing and debugging. This project uses FireFly sensor nodes which have nano-RK kernel on Atmega 1281 processor developed in CMU.

Developed the software for controlling Mould Temperature Controller machine on PIC 16F877A microcontroller. The controller board had IO Expander, ADC, EEPROM, RS-485 IC connected to controller through SPI. Major aspects of the software include PID Logic, Interrupts, SPI communication, Display and simple UI, Parameterized code, Time triggered programming. Redesigned the electrical panel wiring to make it compatible with controlling board.
