When I’m at a dinner party and I’m asked what I do, I reply with “I help people not freak out during times of change.” After 17 years of helping people navigate complex changes in the corporate and nonprofit worlds, 8 years of marriage and two children, I now apply these skills to what I am most passionate about: couples navigating life together.Pulling from a deep well of empathy driven corporate skills, I help couples:- Build empathy for each other's world views and motivations - Reframe conflict as opportunities to learn about each other and themselves - Make sense of complex feelings through frameworks and insights - Explore norms outside of societal expectations to meet their needs - Create a mindset of curiosity and experimentation to learn what works best for them If any of this piques your interest, schedule a free call with me: https://calendly.com/coupledom/coffee-chat
