Client- QATAR ENERGYFacilities Management & Maintenance OperationsResponsibilities:• Coordinate with site supervisory staff to keep a check on Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and other works being executed by the contractor and ensure their compliance with contract documents.• Evaluates project status against baseline schedules and assess the impact of changes or delays in design or construction• Collaborate with other stakeholders such as the documentation team, business improvement, operations and data analysts• Provide input to the documentation team to implement the revised maintenance strategy or improve the maintenance task instruction field technicians follow• Oversee data mining and analyze the results to provide recommendations or conclusions• Prepares weekly progress reports and Frequent travel to field location.• Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team• Collaborated with architects, civil engineers, and construction personnel to ensure designs are structurally sound, safe and cost-effective• Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.

Client- QATAR ARMED FORCESFacilities- Munition Igloos, Workshops, villas, Dormitories, Flightline control Shelters, Maintenance Hangers,stores.Responsibilities:• Study and review the scope of work, material and construction specifications provided by the client/consultant.• Coordinate with the Project Management Team ensuring effective implementation of project plan• Review construction drawings, civil specifications, other project documents and reports, bringing to the attention of the consultant engineer if any discrepancies found.• Identify any bottlenecks and recommend corrective action to ensure smooth and timely completion of projects.• Supervising, executing and ensuring that the construction is as per the final approved construction drawing and project specifications, ensuring quality of building materials, concrete etc. through various tests.• Sending queries to the subcontractor/supplier and follow up for the same till finalization, execution and completion of work.• Attending weekly progress meeting with the consultant and sub-contractor for technical issues and obtaining approvals for smooth site progress and timely completion pf projects.• Prepare AS-BUILT drawings at the end of the project and forward to the Consultant for the Approval of the authority and final inspection of the building.• Monitor site operations and determine the work progress, schedules, budgets and staffing.• Surveying new construction sites and assessing existing structures for upgrades.• Ensure compliance with government codes.

Facilities: Residential Buildings Responsibilities: Created construction schematics and drawings using AutoCAD resulting in clear and accurate design layouts Plan execution, checking and assuring that the construction work is as per project technical specifications and drawings. Performed project site measurements and recorded accurate data and measurements resulting in better time management and successful completion of projects Coordinating with clients & their representatives (Architects, Engineers) and attending regular meetings to keep them informed of the progress. Assisted with compliance assessments and ensured project adheres to Qatari building regulations and standards resulting in successful planning approvals. Lead site engineering activities from initial planning stages through contract completion. Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising junior engineers, construction managers, workers, technicians, and contractors.

Facilities: (RUB) Railway Under Bridge Mangalore , India Responsibilities:• Study and Review the Scope of Work, Construction and Material Specifications provided by the Client/Consultant.• Sending queries to the subcontractor and supplier and follow up for the same till finalization, execution and completion of work.• Attending weekly Progress Meeting with the Consultant and Subcontractor for Technical Issues, Approvals for Smooth site Progress and timely Completion of Projects.• Direct and supervise the activities of assigned subcontractor/specialist to the project during construction phase.• Coordinate and monitor the progress of the work performing by subcontractor. Identify any bottlenecks and recommend corrective action to ensure smooth and timely completion of projects.• Supervising, executing and ensuring that the construction is as per the final construction drawing and project specification. • Ensure quality of building materials, concrete etc. through various tests. • Preparation of delay report and submit it to the consultant for extension of time.• Preparation and submission of monthly bill to the Consultant and Approval for the same.• Preparation and submission of Final Bill of the project considering variations to consultant approval and preparation of Price list.• Monitor All Subcontractors on the site to see whether the work is performing as per the Approved drawings and specifications.
