• Administration duties such as: capturing information on MS Word and MS Excel.• Administration duties such as: Working extensively on MS Outlook (e-mail correspondence).• Assisting Marketing Department with a new programme which entails live chats with customers. Only a few skilled members are involved in this initiative. • Provide and maintain professional live chat service to MWEB customers.• Reach and exceed targets for live chat service.• Dealing with irate customers by remaining calm, knowledgeable and up to date with MWEB products and services.• Make sure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times. • Escalate queries to relevant and senior support function if needed.• Follow up consistently with clients in terms of overall customer satisfaction or lack thereof.
