Heading the engineering division of Razorpay Offline Payments with a team size of 100+ engineers. The POS team assists merchants in accepting digital payments on POS devices using various payment methods such as cards, UPI, and wallets. Additionally, the platform is open for various SaaS offerings and specific use cases like "payments on delivery."- Drove a 14X growth in transactions and gross transaction value with minimal costs (from 31 million transactions, GTV 5942 Crore in 2017 to approximately 416 million transactions, GTV 88233 Crore in 2023).- Grew the engineering team threefold (from 30 engineers initially to over 100 engineers now).- Established processes to deliver high-quality, reliable systems rapidly. Like “Test Driven Development” approach to improve build and release quality and “SRE” best practices to build a stable production environment and best user experience.- Assisted in establishing a fully fault-tolerant, high performant, scalable, PCI-compliant infrastructure with minimal cost. System uptime matrix was 99.98%, per transaction cost was less than 8p and 95% card transactions end to end response time was below 5 sec.-Lead member of team that worked on company’s further funding that led to subsequent acquisition by Razorpay in 2022

In addition to managing M3's core systems in Japan, I helped them in setting up their business in India. This included hiring, training and setting up the initial technology team, setting up the end-to-end dev/test/production environment and architecting, building and launching their website (www.m3india.in) in the most cost effective manner . I used AWS Cloud structure with various open source technologies like SpringBoot, JAVA, Github, CircleCI in order to set up the website.
