Drilling Manager for onshore operation for SOUTH DABAA PETROLEUM COMPANY (DAPETCO) , EGPC / HBS joint Venture company , Egypt , in Western Deseret Egypt.

•Review & checking drilling program Make sure drilling program is including the following subjects: (well objectives and targets, well datum level, expected TD, time Vs depth graph, location and target, none standard operation, potential hazardous operation (over pressure, shallow gas, collision risk, possible H2S, expected lost circulation zones, unusual casing string weight, etc), offset well references, expected pressure with depth versus pressure prognosis chart and table, leak off test, shoe bond test and limit test requirement, hole deviation plan and survey requirement. target tolerance, drill string vibration, casing wear, well control equipment program, well head specification, casing program and design summary, mud program, cementing program, logging and evaluation program, formation characteristic , tops and depths of expected hydrocarbons, hydraulics, new technologies, well control procedures, time-cost graph, work order number, well cost estimation, AFE, and time & cost planning details, time brake down, formation data, safety issue, completion program if the well to be completed by the rig .•Planning drilling operation, Planning a head to apply drilling program and possible minimize drilling cost.•Arrange and organize all services to minimize drilling time.•Prepare daily drilling cost, cumulative cost to follow up well AFE.

• Lead deal strategy development and reviews, ultimately obtaining appropriate approvals for pricing, delivery and other commercial terms for specific sales proposals for tendering.• Submit winning proposals, lead negotiations, and maintain effective business relationships and develop / maintain necessary processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness of the sales focus • Participate in developing total quality management initiatives as they relate to company requirements and customer satisfaction

I have 17 years of drilling experience in the drilling industry covering oil/gas experience industry.Worked for ADMA-OPCO , ZADCO cos. UAE Offshore fields, also work for Geisum Oil Company (Petrogulf) in Gulf of Suez , VEGAS Oil and Gas in Western desert of Egypt, the experience cover both land rigs and jack up offshore rigs operations duties.Recently working free Drilling Consultant for both operations and Engineering consultations duties for most of Egyptian companies such as ( EMC, Suco, Abo Qir, VEGAS, Kuwait Energy …. Etc) in Egyptian oil field.

• Drilling operations supervisor qualifications according to BP and ADMA-OPCO / ZADCO standard HSE, Drilling Safety manual, Drilling Operations Manual procedures .

• Drilling operations qualifications in HPHT ERD according to BP and ADMA-OPCO standard HSE, Drilling Safety manual, Drilling Operations Manual procedures for more than seven years. • Drilling Engineering qualification for offshore wells in Gulf of Suez, Western desert (Egypt) and Arabian Gulf Structures , Abu Dhabi , UAE• Senior Drilling Engineer qualifications, planning, reporting, follow up the drilling operation.• Drilling Contract Engineering qualification (Drilling services Tendering procurement and contracts).• Drilling Equipment qualification, planning, Procurement follow up new projects.• Drilling Equipment procumbent, manufacturer auditing qualification for new manufacturer, new technology and innovation products.• Good useful for Microsoft office, DIMS, Open Well, Compass and PC presentation qualification.• UAE & GCC Car driving licences
