Ratna Sagar P Ltd. is a 30-year old, ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14002:2004 publisher of school and higher education books with operations across India, in the Middle-east and in Africa.Here, I am working in the Digital publishing department. Leading a team of 6 people and responsible for all the in-house animation for (k-12) division.Major responsibilities includes sketching, storyboards, character designing, background designing, design development, animations ( all types of animation : texts and characters), compositing, sound editing, intro animations, icon animations, reconstructed some old animations and managing an animation team of in-house.I am responsible for the project management adhering to time and quality.Addition to it also doing vendor management - getting work done from vendors by guiding them , giving feedback for their animations, making outline sketch correction of the characters and backgrounds for the vendors.Some achievements in my present company.Giving training about animations and background designing to the vendors.Giving voice-over recording of my voice for animations (for the character Birbal).
