Role Responsibilities:IT Operations Lead:- Manage a team size of 8 members- Monitore incoming issues and assignment to team members- Handle deployments to production environment- Daily meetings to monitor ongoing key activities and it's status- Support team members with their daily tasks- Perform post db refresh activities- Handle escalations- Client Interactions about ongoing activities- Weekly and Monthly status reports presentation- Interactions with application users on the issues and service requests- Rootcause analysis- Interactions with upstream and downstream applications to resolve issues- Set up dashboards and alerts- KT to new joineesBusiness Analyst:- Daily meetings with Product owner about ongoing and new requirements- Meetings with business stakeholders about OKRs- Stand up call with team members- Requirements documentation and signoff- Requirements refinement to Dev and QA- Sprint planning- Follow Scrum rituals- User Acceptance Testing- Production Release planning

Jan 2013 - till date:Handling CTM support project which includes the following:- Includes Java programming, Hibernate.- Daily issues resolution as per the SLA.- Interaction with clients for better understanding of issues and appropriate fix for the issue.- Weekly report preparation.Handling RMA Support Team which includes the following:- Includes Java, JSP, javascript, PL/SQL technology.- Handling and solving multiple issues in limited timeframe(SLA)- Assigning issues to team and helping team to fix the issue.- Tracking the issues till closure after receiving client feedback .- Weekly report preparation.

July 2011 - July 2012:Part of testing team for a networking project(Telstra Netcool Project) for 12 months which included designing tests cases, daily status calls, daily reports preparation and tracking the defects effectively till closure. Aug 2012 - Oct 2012:Joined Retail Unit, worked as developer for an enhancement project(CTM- Closer-to-Market) for 3 months which was on Java technology.Nov 2012 - till date:Part of Multiple support Project - CTM and RMA.Moved to Support team for the CTM project which includes daily issues resolution, interaction with clients and reports preparation.Also part of RMA Support Team which includes handling and solving multiple issues in limited timeframe(SLA) which is based on Java, JSP, javascript, PL/SQL technology.
