My basic qualification is hs passed and technical qualification is BTECH ELECTRICAL ,ITI , diploma elctrical and having LTHT licence upto 33 kv from west bengal electricity board . One year fire & safety diploma cource alocompleted from Manav Bharati University.My back ground is technical and also manage soft service and administarive.Manage facility managhement operations ,technical support( EL , Mechanical,CIVIL,CHILLER) ,staff management ( development,traning, deployment) tenant relations (service , billing)budget management ( CAPEX , OPEX, R&M), vendor management ( DEALING, EXECUTION) ,contract management ( AMC , L&Y) ,inventroy control( HLP) , proposal development( TECHNICAL) and statutory complience ( fire noc, building tax, electical , lift licence, heightclearence). Haveing 17 years professional working experience in techical field .I had started my professional career from a contractor company ( Nath brother ) in year 2000 to 2004as asst. Maintanance .In the year mar 2004 -2009 i joined an iron casting industry ( kejriwal casting ) at Howrah as aelectrical chargeman. . It is a casting factory.After 5 years jouney i had jointed in sevcice industry staretd in year 2009 from Future group PujaMall kharagpur as a maintanance supervice. Here 1 handled 10 people ( electrician, HVAC technician,plumber ) and worked in ACB , VCB, Centralised chiller system , tranfomer, Dg set ( Volvo pentamake) , RO plant ,fire system ( protection and detection).etc.Then in year 2011 i come back in kolkata and joined at srijan realty ltd as a FE. It s a commertialBuilding situated at saltlake Sec v . I Handled heavy weighted clint like TATA, IDEA, MTS, USHA,HoONEY WEL . Toatal 100 staff including SEC and HK are worked in my supervission . Presently i am in INOX LESURE LTD as a asst Manger enginneering at Quest. It s a cinema Industry.First one year i executed in project work till fit out to handerover civil , electical, hvac, fire andprojection system , interior also . I am the HOD engineering of O&M in this unit.My resposiblitiesare to look after whole engineering dept electrical , hvac, plumbing, civil , interior , fire , projectionsystem . Also preparing the Budget and work execution with proper safty and maintain SOP . Wholesystem are followed through SAP provied by Sylder Technology I have also complete a one year apprenticip traning in CESC LTD
