Handled Rs 250 Crore Cogen Power proect at Bokaro SAIL. A turnkey project (LSTK) have been team leader for complete Engineering, Procurement, Project execution and handling Govt Customer and statutory authority, Mecon the engineering consultant. Have improved project prfitability, improved project receivables, better contract management with getting thru claim management

Delhi

A lead member under Sh R K Narayan, (EX CMD - PGCIL) for Developement of 2 X 600 MW - Mahan Super Thermal Power Plant from scratch upto Financial Closure at fastest speed including getting the captive coal bock, land selection / land acqusition, water clearance and associated Transmission System finalisation along with PGCIL, fianlisation of BTG and BoP Contract, signing PPA for 25% offtake with MPSEB. Lead key role in signing for 2 X 600 MW Project with Govt of Orissa and signing PPA for 25% offtake with Gridco.

Hirakud

Joined as Engineer with INDAL (a MNC of Alcan, Canadian company - the 1st Aluminium Company of India) to commission and establish India's 1st CFBC Boiler for a 67.5 MW thermal power plant. A award winning power plant in terms of best practices and performances. Have handled key portfolios in Electrical and C&I maintenance till 2000. Aditya Birla (Hindalco) taken over the company in 2002. From 2001-02 onwards taken the lead role (2nd man in Proj Organ) for Project Engineering and Execution of 3 X 100 MW Coal based project at Hirakud, Orissa.
