Interacting with various credit rating agencies like CRISIL, CARE to get the best rating for the company and provide explanation/information for any query or information asked by rating advisor. Also deals and interacts with rating advisors who approach the rating agency on behalf of the company and get the best rating for the company.5. Financial and cash flow Projection - Preparation of CMA data with projection for Power Project, keeping in mind the business revenue stream and expected expenses, DSCR in the range of 1.10 to 1.20 times and excess funds to be utilized by the entity after the debt servicing. 6. Assets Valuation - Valuation of property done for Wind Turbines with a third party agency appointed by lender banks. Also arrange site visit for lenders/Lender Independent Engineer (LIE) appointed by lender banks.7. All other routine aspect of F&A - Execution of various security documents with banks / Security Agent/ Security Trustee on fund raising and restructuring of loan. 8. MIS - Preparation of various MIS like Loan repayment schedule, debt servicing report, Return on Investment Fixed Deposit Tracking Report etc..9. Export Finance / Treasury activity : Booking of Forward Contracts for Imports & Exports, Liaising with consortium Bank regarding Pre & Post shipment documents for availment of EPC / PCFC & Negotiation to Realization of Documents under FBP / EBR
